Malta- Illegal Immigriation and the Political Conspiracy

So our Dear Prime Minister is now praying on our conscience by challenging where our morality lies. I question where his morality was before the last elections that was won by a micro minority based on lies. Is that what our Political representative in parliament have reduced themselves too, only based on immoral lies of promises that never materialize, with the same promises re-surfacing every election year.
The Maltese people too (save those that have the right connection) have become daydreamer hypnotized with the magic lies that come out of our Politicians.

Family Photo of Malta's executionists

Look at them now, due to the MEP election even the Labour Party have come out of hibernation, and suddenly ‘alarmed’ about the heavy influx of Illegal Immigrants, ending up on our shores. This is the same Labour Party that a few weeks ago in the European parliament voted in favour for European countries (which I understand Malta is part of) terrorist suspects held in Guantanamo bay prisons. Now how low and hypocritical can a political party be. How contradictory can Labour party be, are they for accepting non-European illegitimate migration or not? Can they for once be consistent in their policies- or are they pure liars like their PN counterpart?
The PN is sure now recognised as the slaves of their European Masters, and acknowledge that they are inferior than any other country in Europe and their talk is futile and insignificant in the EU. The only influence they have in Europe is only if they manage to place Malta further into shit, like the ‘Voluntary Burden sharing’, it would not surprise me the least if Malta accepts also Guantanamo terrorist suspects, only if the prise is right, as that is the only moral value left in the PN.
Then there is the issue of going to save the day, by picking human trafficker’s fruit from miles away at sea. That is because it is part of our economical territory. Oh yes they are doing these far off rescue services because we need the revenue of our vast oil fields offshore, air space revenue and fishing territory. Who are you kidding?? Only the naive , brain dead , drowned in deep blue or red members of society. The only gainers in this drama are those that live in criminal life ( fisherman that are really full time drug traffickers/ cum human traffickers that really found black gold. Not deep under our territorial waters that everybody in the world wants, but the solid form that nobody wants), they are the ones really running the economy, criminals, they support financially the political system.
Then there are my favourite NGO’s that are the modern blood sucking leeches of tax payers money. They praise the Government according to the amount of financial revenue they acquire, otherwise the Government’s reputation becomes at stake. They have in every aspect everything to gain from illegal immigration with nothing to lose. They are accountable to no one and their assets although bought/paid with public money is never ever made public.
Then there is the Media, yes our voice and freedom of speech protectors, Ha. They are only on the side of of the highest bidder, at the moment they are the apologists of the Government and the EU as they pay a lot of our money held in Brussels just to promote Brussels’ agenda.
Malta is well and truly screwed, front, back top and bottom. We can never, as public know the truth or the agenda behind all this. It is a clever well planned conspiracy. Malta is doomed to become the modern day Alcatraz for illegal immigrants with the Maltese population caught up in the plan of the EU. Europe’s response to Africa’s illegal migration policies., by the creation of a detention centre in Malta and Lampedusa, both bearing the brunt of failed European and UN policies.
But hey, each country is governed the representatives they deserve. It will not surprise me the least if Malta or Lampedusa will be the next Rwanda, with natives slain with machetes . The day will fast approach for written words to be seen live on some news network. We are just guine pigs in the EU experiment, with the PN and the PL believing that they are gaining some financial achievement for Malta from the EU, when after all it is our own money that we are getting back from VAT and custom duties. We gave our money away to Brussels so that we can be told how, where and when to spend it, there is no accountability for that money received from Brussels. Anyway in short anther way of money laundering. Always remember that politicians make all laws but also always leave a loop hole where they can by-pass that law.
Mafia, what Mafia? Remember that now both the PN and PL will again promise and swear by their forefather’s graves that they will be your servant in Brussels, but only to find out in a few years time that you don’t even have a country anymore as Brussels would have Africanized Malta, so wise up or you and your future generations will become extinct to the history books, just like the dinasours.

Malta Illegal Immigrants Disturbances (Plain English: Riots)

What spineless leaders and representatives have we elected to protect our Country’s security. I am now starting to believe those that used to say before joining the EU that we will be sell our Sovreign right to govern our destiny, and they are being proven right.
Our Parliamentary representatives from all the Political spectrum have failed the Maltese Nation’s security. The daily disturbances (another Governmental and Media gimmick as they should be reported as RIOTS) are getting frequent and more violent. This violence is directed at those that sacrificed their life in going out in rough and severe weather to save their lives from sure death at sea.
Maybe at least our beloved SERVANTS in Parliament (as that is how they like to portray themselves) should at least amend our National Constitution to include the right to bear arms, because sure as hell our own Government is not capable to withhold our National Security, so if anarchy will be the rule, at least as citizens we will able to defend our own property and family.
It looks like the Jesuits (see other article) are getting their dreams fulfilled in destabilising our Country and our right to live in peace for their own greedy gain. No Government or World body have the right to destabilise our Country , if we have a Country and not refugees or hostages in our Country.
I said it more than once, We should train them in peace missions and give them back to the UN for Peacekeeping Missions in Africa, at least they can Civilise and uncivilised continent. They should make them enlist in a regiment for peace keeping with no option of leaving detention unless they opt to join. After all there is nothing in the UN charter in assisting displaced people to regain their right to live and return to their Country of origin. They will be under UN protection and no Government provokes risking killing or attacking UN peacekeepers.
Our parliamentary representatives are now being exposed, and the wolf is being seen dressed sheep clothing, other wise they will act. They have the tools and laws that empowers them to declare a state of emergency and can use the state power to protect the citizens at all cost. The EU and the UN can rot in the Jesuit’s hell as WE ALL DEMAND TO LIVE IN PEACE IN OUR OWN COUNTRY.

Malta and the EU – Illegal Immigration

The Saga of Illegal Immigration never rests in the Southerner EU states. Politicians too are running out of ideas of how to Solve the problem. Most say that although they know it is a great burden nobody can do nothing about it.
I say they are wrong. With the Millions of refugees and illegal immigrants roaming the streets of the EU with no one country in this modern technological era, not knowing how many illegal immigrants are working and living in their Country, can be classified only by ‘Governments are failing’. They are failing their oath and their citizens. Europe is and will become a hornet’s nest for terrorism and illegal activities of all sorts if they all remain passive.
I know that there are international and humanitarian conventions that must be honoured, and rightly so. One has to abide by agreements set by the UN. But here are solutions and keeping within agreements of conventions and stabilize Countries that require assistance.
I think that all illegal Immigrants roaming the streets of Europe should be identified and their loop of living the free life at the expense of their host Country should stop.
The EU instead of shovelling tons of Euros at Corrupt and unaccountable Governments in Africa and other Nations should stop, and instead each EU Country should be given the necessary EU funding to Countries that set up a special peace regiment within their Military units, specifically for illegal Immigrants. These Illegal immigrants will be then trained specifically for peace missions, be it in Humanitarian, Infrastructure rebuilding, Hospital and caring etc. These units will then be offered to the UN for peace missions and rebuilding infrastructure in African or other Countries.
This will give clear impression that EU means business, that illegality will not be tolerated and that by coming to EU illegally does not give you the right for free money from the EU at the expense of their host Country, and that entering the EU illegally one will be either deported to his land of origin, being detained for not giving proof , or joining one of these above mentioned regiments for rebuilding collapsed states in Africa and other Countries. Their should also be a common EU stance in EU to grant legal migration for Countries that require workers.
But it is discriminatory against EU citizens by EU and EU Governments, that require to know all kinds of data on their citizens from birth till death while those entering EU borders illegally can roam freely with no single iota about their origin is known, it is not wise for Governments to have two separate systems running parallel to each other, one for being an obedient servant of his Country and the other by the ever growing Black economy.
Everybody knows how tough the last depression was, and also the great suffering and atrocities that were created in wars, most deaths were created in the last World wars. The EU is not listening to it’s people, with Countries citizens being pushed further into becoming Left and right extremes supporters. Does EU want a repeat of it’s last great suffering? Why should destruction be the only way to revive common sense back to Politicians? Why should whole Countries be devastated with millions of lives lost before Politicians start listening to those that elected them?

EU parliament targeting illegal employment

How convenient, now that the MEP’s election is around the corner, suddenly the illegal immigration surfaces to centre stage.

The EU is trying to attract the attention of Europeans (especially the thousands of jobs lost and remain being lost during the credit crisis) to be seen as tackling the problem head on.

Governments now will be very active in this field so that their respective parties will gain the necessary vote for representation in the EU Parliament so that the status quo can prevail for another term,

While NOW they say that they will severely punish employers that employs illegal immigrants with inferior conditions to the local employment market.

How convenient to forget that these same construction employers used illegal migrants to build Party HQ, and the thousands of euros received by political parties to keep the law on their side by evading and remaining immune to tax and social security law.

Why now may I ask, why not when the people started to voice their concerns and complains Why now after that these illegal immigrants started to become used to the preferential treatment over and the host Country Citizen (everything for free and tax evasion culture)

Hypocrits

European businesses caught employing illegal immigrants will face hefty penalties under a new proposal from the European Parliament to control immigration.

Massive fines, paying back wages and even criminal sanctions are being proposed by this directive, aimed at combating illegal immigration and trafficking in human beings.

It is estimated that there are 8 million illegal immigrants working (Malta’s population 17 times over) in the construction, farming, hotel and other sectors in the EU. Fines for offenders would include the cost of repatriating the workers, as well as payment of any unpaid tax or social security.
Employers will be banned for up to 5 years from bidding for public sector contracts or from receiving state aid. Criminal penalties would be imposed on employers who knowingly hired victims of human trafficking, who were caught hiring several illegal immigrants or who were exploiting them.

This “sanction directive” is being championed by the Maltese member of European Parliament, Simon Busuttil, who is the shadow rapporteur for the report by Italian Socialist Claudio Fava. Mr Fava said that “migrants are often subjected to terrible exploitation, sometimes even treated as slaves”.

The legislation being proposed by the European Parliament’s Civil Liberties Committee will be put to the vote at Wednesday’s plenary session in Strasbourg. The proposal is facing resistance from the Greens and the Communists MEPs who will vote against the directive.
The proposed legislation on “sanctions against employers of illegally staying third country nationals” is part of a wider package of measures including the “return directive” and the “blue card” scheme to encourage legal immigration.
It is often reported that some Maltese companies, particularly in the construction sector, employ illegal immigrants, paying them a fraction of regular wages – and penalties for those caught are rarely severe.

The president of the property section of the GRTU, Sandro Chetcuti, told http://www.di-ve.com that the GRTU supported measures to reduce illegal immigration: “Black-market labour represents ‘unfair competition’ for honest businesses,” he said. However, he complained that the heavy administrative burden was a deterrent to construction companies who wanted to recruit migrants through the proper channels. “If a proper structure were set up within the Employment and Training Corporation, for example, these immigrants would start making a positive contribution to the Maltese economy, rather being just a burden on society,” he added.

Persecuted for praying: Nurse who faces the sack after offering to pray for sick patient

Last updated at 10:57 AM on 02nd February 2009

A nurse could be sacked and even struck off for offering to say a prayer for an elderly patient.
Caroline Petrie, a community nurse and devout Christian, has already been suspended for an alleged breach of her code of conduct on equality and diversity.
She now faces disciplinary action, even though the patient involved did not make a formal complaint.
Suspended: Caroline Petrie offered to pray to help a patient recover
The case has outraged the Christian community, which warns its members are becoming ‘the most discriminated against people in society’.
They cited previous instances including that of Heathrow check-in worker Nadia Eweida, who in 2006 was banned from wearing a cross around her neck at work.
Last night Mrs Petrie, 45, insisted she was not trying to force her beliefs on others, but was simply offering a little spiritual help.
She said: ‘I have trouble understanding how offering to pray for someone could be upsetting. I feel it’s a nice thing to ask and a way to give hope that circumstances can change.’
She made the prayer offer to May Phippen, 79, in December, at the end of a home visit.

Mrs Phippen, a widow who lives with relatives, mentioned the offer in passing to another nurse the next day.
Caroline denies forcing her faith on anyone and said she was only trying to help by politely offering to pray for a patient
The great-grandmother told the Mail last night: ‘It didn’t worry me, it just struck me as a strange thing for a nurse to do. She finished dressing my legs and before she left the last thing she asked was would you like me to say a prayer for you? I said “no thank you” and then she went.
‘It was the first time I’d seen her. She was a nice lady, did the job properly and was quietly spoken. Personally I wouldn’t want to see her sacked for something like that.
‘I have Christian beliefs myself and maybe she meant well. But it could perhaps be upsetting for some other people if they have different beliefs or thought that she meant they looked in such a bad way that they needed praying for.’
Mrs Petrie claims she was confronted the following day, December 16, by a nursing sister who told her the patient had been ‘taken aback’ by the offer.
The next day the mother of two, of Weston-Super-Mare, north Somerset, received a message on her home phone from her co-ordinator telling her that disciplinary action would be taken. She was then suspended.
Yesterday Mrs Petrie said that she tried to ask every patient if they would like her to pray for them, except if it seemed they may be of a different faith.
‘Many of them want me to pray for them. I can’t believe that I’ve been suspended over this,’ she said.
Her husband Stewart Petrie, 48, a telecom engineer said: ‘It seems ridiculous to me that it has come to this. I hope commonsense will prevail.’
Mrs Petrie has been a committed Christian since the age of ten, when her mother died of breast cancer. She switched from the Church of England to the Baptist faith nine years ago.
She admits she received a previous warning about promoting her faith at work. Last October she offered to give a prayer card to an elderly male patient in Clevedon, Somerset. He accepted it but his carer raised concerns with the Primary Care Trust.
Alison Withers, Mrs Petrie’s boss at the time, wrote to her at the end of November saying: ‘As a nurse you are required to uphold the reputation of your profession.
‘Your NMC (Nursing Midwifery Council) code states that “you must demonstrate a personal and professional commitment to equality and diversity” and “you must not use your professional status to promote causes that are not related to health”.’

As a result Mrs Petrie, who qualified as a nurse in 1985 and has worked part-time for the North Somerset Authority since February 2008, was ordered to attend an equality course. Such courses can include learning to make a judgment on whether your words are likely to offend the person they are directed to.
Mrs Petrie had an internal disciplinary hearing last Wednesday. She awaits the outcome.
A North Somerset Primary Care Trust spokesman confirmed that the nurse has been suspended pending an investigation.

Mrs Petrie is a bank nurse, which means she is employed by the trust and drafted in when necessary, to be paid by the hour.
The spokesman added: ‘She has been told we will not be using her in this capacity until the outcome of our investigation is known. We always take any concerns raised by our patients most seriously and conscientiously investigate any matter of this nature brought to our attention.’
Mrs Petrie has taken legal advice from the Christian Legal Centre. Paul Diamond, a leading religious rights barrister, has been instructed to handle the case.
Mr Diamond represented Miss Eweida and last year appeared for Relate counsellor Gary McFarlane, of Bristol, who was sacked for refusing to give sex counselling to homosexuals.
A source close to the current case told the Daily Mail: ‘Caroline Petrie is being disciplined under equal opportunities and “diversity” policies – and there is a growing tendency to use such policies to single out for attack our own Judaeo-Christian customs and culture.
‘Christians are now becoming the most discriminated-against group of people in our society. It’s getting quite frightening and out of hand.’

The Reverend Prebendery John Andrews, spokesman for the diocese of Bath and Wells, which covers north Somerset, said: ‘The simple offer of a prayer is perfectly in keeping with the healing ministry of the church, and for Mrs Petrie to be disciplined purely for that would be extremely regrettable.’

Malta state-of-the Art Roads

My car has just succumbed to an anti-car mine (pothole), with the car shock absorber punching in right trough into the engine compartment this morning. I had to unwilling and prematurely garage my car to get it fixed. Obviously trying to comply with OEM recommendations by the car manufacturer I took my car to be fixed at the car representatives in Malta and obviously being part of the car suspension system it was agreed to having to change both right and left shock absorbers. To add insult to injury, I also had to thank the Government for keeping the roads in such poor state by paying 40 Euros VAT in appreciation and encouragement to the Authorities to keep the road standards in poor maintenance as they possibly can. After all the garage repair shop, although sympathizing with the unnecessary damage caused, at the end of the day, I ended up having to foot the bill for negligence and unsafe roads. Can’t Malta and its people for once in their life time stand up for their rights as consumers that are paying for non-existent services? Where are the advocates for class action sues against Authorities to pay up for negligence and unprofessional upkeep of our roads? Our roads became a disgrace. Cratered with millions with un-charted anti-car mines (potholes) awaiting its next victim, they are Safety hazards 24/7/365.

For an island that is constantly trying to promote itself as a holiday destination and with Maltese themselves having visited other Countries, I wonder how our authorities doesn’t come to notice such lethal substandard moon cratered roads to not only for motorists safety but also to any road users.
Don’t even think that motoring in Malta is cheap. With all the direct and indirect taxation to motorists one would expect a road network suitable for the 21st century.
Minister came and Minister gone, same like Government came and gone, with each one promising that they will be embarking on road upgrades that never seem to materialize, while motorist expenses keep going up, but worst of all fatal and non fatal accidents are on the rise,
Unfortunately accident investigation experts and insurance companies never attribute any of the accidents to the disastrous state of the roads or how much of the accident claims are due to poor road conditions.
Life must come cheap in Malta, and I apologies to those that visit the islands and use our roads, I am red faced with shame about our state of the roads but our representatives are shameless, if you drive here make sure to get yourself a good insurance, just think about driving in Malta as if it’s a free fun park where avoiding potholes is a challenge, but don’t blame the Maltese people as they too have been long been taken for a ride. Blame it on our Minister of Infrastructure that can afford to change his car as often as he pleases, the rest of us mortals are only there to pay for his extravagant agendas. Happy motoring.

300 MIGRANTS LAND AT MARSAXLOKK?

 Sunday, 1st February 2009 – 08:05CET

Times of Malta

A large number of migrants – possibly as many as 300 – have landed between Marsaxlokk and Birzebbuga and are being taken to detention centres by policemen and soldiers.

The migrants were packed like sardines in a large blue fishing boat which arrived at about 6.30 a.m.

Their arrival was reported by people in the area. A large number of officers from various sections of the police force, including the SAG, the Mobile Squad and the traffic section, immediately descended on the scene accompanied by soldiers.

The migrants are disembarking from their boat and walking between a ‘corridor’ of policemen to waiting buses and army trucks, which are being escorted to detention centres by police motorcycles.

The landing is the biggest single arrival in many years.

A group of 139 migrants was rescued off Malta on December 29 and was followed by another group of 161 brought to Malta on the ship Overseas Primar last month.

Is this not sufficient for resignation of Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici Parliamentary Secretary within the Ministry for Justice and Home Affairs , if not the Prime Minister Dr. Lawrence Gonzi for failing and undermining our National Border Security?

Both are showing incompitence  and gross negligence in their responsability towards our National Health and Security…………….RESIGN

The only other available option is to beat them at their own game. Open up a New Military Regiment same like the British Gurkas, Enlist illegal Migrants on the pledge of allegiance to their newhost Country. And Government partecipates and offers this new regiment to UN Peacekeeping Force in Africa. This will keep the EU off Malta’s Back, the UN will pay and feed them, and they will be back where they belong in Africa, We cannot be accused of an International Law violations as we will be acting in preserving human rights!!!!
